Mentorship Program
The Scientista Mentorship Program is established to help mentors develop and enhance their leadership abilities while sharing their knowledge and expertise with other students. This program seeks to help first-years STEM students succeed in their new surroundings and allows for a smooth transition from high school to post-secondary.

Mentee
This program was created for mentees to gain valuable skills and experience from mentors who are volunteering their time and share their unique perceptions and advice to help you develop your academic and professional career. Your mentor will provide you with information, advice, and personal knowledge – but use this information to your discretion
Things to Keep in Mind - Mentor
Be motivating and encouraging - channel your mentee's energy into constructive change, new challenged and overcoming difficulties
Remain open, but be objective - remember differences in gender, background and personalities.
Be honest about yourself and be prepared to share your own experiences of similar issues
Mentors - Coming Soon!
Scientista will share a brief descriptions of mentors. From here, mentees can read through each description and choose 3 mentors to work with. Scientista will select one mentor that will benefit the mentee. This allows mentees to work with mentors who have similar interests and expertise in their academic programs.
